So, what's the best smart gadgets for your workouts? Well, the range is so wide these days, it's hard to narrow down a short list, personally, I haven't found anything to beat my Apple iWatch, offering heart rate monitoring, activity tracker and linking directly into my smartphone it really is a one stop shop for me. The major limitation of my Apple iWatch is the battery life. Granted my watch is now over 5 years old, still I would expect the watch to easily be able to cope with a day's worth of activity tracking. Sadly this is no longer the case - if switched on continuously for a long bike ride or walk, I can only expect battery power to last until lunch time so, it probably is time for a switch.
